Business Acceptable Use Policy

Effective as of: March 23, 2026

Zipstory Inc. ("Zipstory," "we," "us," "our") operates a local community platform that connects consumers with local businesses, events, and promotions. This Business Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs which businesses and merchants may register for and use Zipstory's business services, including event creation, banner advertising, and business profile features (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy supplements our Terms of Use and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

1. Our Right to Determine Eligibility

Zipstory reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine which businesses are eligible to use the Services. We evaluate business eligibility based on the type of products, services, or activities offered by the business — not on the identity, background, or personal characteristics of the business owner or its employees.

Our eligibility decisions are based on objective, consistently applied criteria related to legal compliance, community safety, and platform integrity. These decisions are applied uniformly to all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.

2. Prohibited Business Categories

3. Restricted Business Categories

Certain business categories are permitted but subject to additional verification. These businesses are approved to use the Services but may be reviewed for ongoing compliance. Restricted categories include businesses in areas such as alcohol service, health and wellness, children's services, beauty and cosmetic procedures, financial services, pharmaceutical and medical services, legal services, and food and beverage businesses making health claims.

Businesses in restricted categories may be required to provide professional licenses, certifications, or proof of insurance as a condition of continued use.

4. Verification & Cross-Checking

Zipstory may verify business eligibility using third-party data sources, including but not limited to Google Place classifications. If a business's third-party classification conflicts with its self-reported category, Zipstory may decline or revoke access to the Services.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in the following actions, applied at Zipstory's sole discretion:

Zipstory is not required to provide advance notice or follow a particular escalation sequence. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

6. Appeals

If you believe your business was incorrectly declined or that this Policy was applied in error, you may contact us at support@zipstory.com. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Zipstory's decision on appeals is final.

7. Changes to This Policy

Zipstory may modify this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
